when i file GSTR-1 for july month i have mentioned B2C sales instead of B2B.
And the purchaser wants to claim Credit in GSTR-2.

You can correct it in GSTR-1A & make adjuatment in GSTR-1 of next month also....

purchaser has to add missing invoice in gstr 2 and you have add the same in gstr. B2C adjustment have to be made in next month's return

but i have already paid my liability. If the purchaser can take credit the my payment liability will arise or not
The double entry related payment is mistake. Then who can pay this excess liability...
You are wrongly enter the B2B invoice in B2C. So, no way editing in B2C column. But, enter another one bill B2B section by your customer. It ll be added your liability + no more changes in b2b section...
