YOU CAN FILE IT ON 1 NOVEMBER WITH PENALTY OF RS.4200/-.
Opposite parties manually submit this invoices & you have to accept it in GSTR-1A.

Yes...
You can file it from 1st November....
But, your customers will be uploaded the details then you ll accept your outwards supplies details... After checking and upload missing invoices details...
Also enter your cash bills. .
