I couldn't file due to problem in gst portal so tomorrow will file the return Payment already made.
Kindly suggest any penalty will applicable for same?

Yes late fee will applicable and if GST cash and credit account is not debited by system, then may be you have to pay interest, though you have made payment
What is the penalty for late filling of gstrb? Whether We need to pay at the time of filling the return or after getting notice?
