does gstr 9c is required to be audited by ca compalsarily for 2021-22

Thank you Rashmi ji,but when I called CBIC they said 9C Limit as 5 crores,and should be done by CA for year 2021-22
I filed about more than 100 audits without certifying it
I am talking about latest year ending March 2022,for which form is yet to be introduced
the requirement of GSTR-9c with CA certification has been removed from the FY 21-22 onwards so not required to be certified by CA. instead on self certification basis.
