It is said that turnover for applicability of GSTR-9C is reckoned for 1.4.17 to 31.3.18 but clause i) of clarifications vide press release dt. 3.7.19 says it shall be reckoned for the period July 2017 to mMarch 2018. . What is the correct position ?

The Aggregate turnover will not include the Turnover for 1.4.2017 to 30.6.2017 for computing applicability of 9C
