In news,it is said that the due date of GSTR-4,i.e.,composition dealers is 18th October.But the form is not out still.May I know when the form will be out?If anybody have answer,please inform me.

Yes, date for GSTR4, for Composition Dealer, extended till 15.11.2017.
GSTR4 Offline Tool is Available in GST Portal... Check it and Timely file Returns for Composition Tax Payers...
