as we know quarterly return will have file for small taxpayer.
from when quarterly return is applicable. whether is it require to file for nov or not.

Monthly 3B to be filed till March 2018. For Oct. 2017 by 20th Nov.,for Nov. 2017 by 20th Dec. 2017 and so on.
