We have filed the GSTR 3B for Jul-17 before due date and we have ARN number generated for the same. Till yesterday it was showing as filed and today it shows as prepare online. When i clicked on that i got return "submitted" but not as "filled" this is just the step before filing the return with EVC or Digital Signature.

I tried to call on Helpline number but it always busy i have even putted mail for the same to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in

I am fully confused for what to do and getting tensed is it happened with all or just me

Please reply so i can understand what's wrong? or should i submit return again eventhough i have ARN number of the same as filed

Please help me

you need not submit return again if you have a ARN.

My query is that why my status changed from "filed" to "Prepare now" is this happended with everyoneor just me?

I am also facing the same issue. @ sumit
Had filed 3B two days prior the deadline and today I checked it shows me status as 'Submitted'.

I also tried checking the ARN status. It didnt show me anything.

Hi @ Mohammed, i agree with Rohit Goyal that it might me technical error from GST programmer will get short out once it will be lighted to competent authority.

I Suggest you to please mail the same query to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in so they can come to know that something error in progarmming so the issue can be resolved ASAP
