Hi, I am new GST Dealer and my august month transaction is NIL..i submitted GSTR3B its not accepting and displayed to clear my liability first..i have no transactions and my liability ledger also shows nil...the late fee 200 also waived for august...or i have to pay the late fee ? and submit return...

please clarify

Yes you have to pay late fee then only you are able to file return and the late fee will be refunded in your electronic cash ledger.

There is no late fee for August month GSTR 3B filling

late fee Rs.200 showing on both SGST and CGST coloumn on GSTR 3B..IF i click file it replies to clear the Liabilty..actually its NIL return of a new Dealer..
