I didn't fill Gstr-3b on last 3 Months ,Can i filled it without pay any late fee...And what will reaction...

U will hv to pay late fee.. It is accumulated in ur gstin till u hv not filed return... July August September late fee waive off... But firstly u hv to pay later they refund it... Till now no one get refund of late fee
You can't file your return without paying liability of late fee... but govt waived the late fee for July-Sep months.
If you're submitted the return before announcement of waive, you've to pay it.
It can be later refunded into cash ledger.

yes u can file without paying late fee, it will not be shown for july, aug, sep.
if submited already but not filed, u can reset 3b.it will make late fee zero on submitting again...now u can file without paying late fee

i also not filled October month Gstr 3B same effect on October Return...
for october u will have to pay late fee 20 per day for nil & 50 per day for other
