I am getting a message that PREVIOUS GSTR3B NOT FILLED when I try to submit return of
Aug2017. Even though I have submitted July's return. GST help desk is not responding at all.
How to solve this issue ?

Only submitted is not sufficient you have to file it also and further processed for filing the return for the month of August

No way for changes made after submitting GSTR 3B...
You can't file without payment as per GSTR 3B....

You ll be contact your local circle office. No other way...

I file a return today without late fee.
But, cant file..
After pay the late fee 200 then i filed it...

i have submitted Tran 1 form on aug 20th, and tried to file Tran 1 form it showed " System error". so this reason i have not filed my GSTR3B for july2017. Later i applied DSC ,and now trying to file Tran 1 form it shows " Submit before filing".but tran 1 status shows to " Submitted". so please guide me how to file my GST returns. I tried again and again same error raised. so please any one give me suggestion.
