You should check the purchase details by loggin in on portal and check the details uploaded

Select Services > Returns > Tax liabilities and ITC comparison and select the FY for which you require statements.

In above i.e Services > Returns > Tax liabilities and ITC comparison and select the FY...you can find only comparison of ITC on total or monthwise.
you can download invoice wise details of full year from GSTR 9 table 8A from respective FY
