sir please give me advice , supplier rise bill in July 17 in gstr.2 but we have bill journlised in sept. 17 please conform i accept or pending in July 17 gstr 2

You can keep it pending....... & take ITC in Septempber month......
whether we can take ITC by accepting the transaction and account it in the books on September and avail ITC in September instead of keeping the transaction pending. Reconciliation needs only in our books
You can do so but you can't claim ITC again in Sept....
