u have to generate E WAY bill for every transaction having value of 50000.
All e way bill details will automatically transferred in to GSTR1
So u have to just verify and correct the same and also to enter bills having value of less than 50000

At online GSTN portal, option will be given for making outward entries on daily basis and can be saved till filing of GSTR - 1.
Hence you need not worried about uploading of all invoices at a time.
