In the head of GSTR1of April of 2018,the column "Aggregate Turnover of Preceeding Year",I put the amount of 2016-17 and Column 2 "Aggregate Turnover Of Apr-Jun,2017,I put that three months' amount.Is it correct?

For aggregate turnover for previous year you should consider April 2017 to march 2018 turnover not 2016 -17 and for three months turnover you should take April 2017 to June 2017 turnover..
no, you can't rectify. but its will be not issue in future, so don't worry.
