In filling GSTR 1 where we can claim ITC, what is 4a, 4b, 4c in GSTR 1 please explain. Which invoices has to be entered in these fields?

The GSTR 1 is only for outward supplies. Outward supplies taxes are our liability. We can't claim any ITC related activities in GSTR 1...
In GSTR 2 * we can claim ITC or Our inward supplies...
Now, the current scenario you / we can claim or file our inward supplies details in GSTR 3B return only Upto March 2018.
So, File your GSTR 3B and Correct way. Then only you can avail your ITC...
