what is the purpose of blocking filling of GSTR 1 as it creating more complicity as purchaser are not able to take input

As at the time of filling GSTR2 no action is pending like accept, reject etc
if GSTR1 is not block that means GSTR2 will be filed wrong
if GSTR1 is not block that means GSTR2 will be filed wrong
GSTR-2&3 is postponed.
For now GSTR-1 to be filed from July-Oct till 31 Dec.
