after filling, want to add invoices, which were left out due to wrong GSTN in JSOn file, is it possible to modify

nope.... you hae to wait for further notifications from GST council for revision of returns
after filling or after generating JSON file?? if after generating JSON file than u can add details manually . If filed than u ll have to revise the return
