If your principal place of business and additional branches are located in same state only one registartion is enough.One GSTIN no will be generated.while registering in GST. Add branches in additional place of business.

suppose if you are having branches in different states, then you have to get separate new registration for branches in other state.GSTIN no will vary from one state to another state even though you are having same PAN.
