Gst-when will come into effect?

its delaying continuesly from last 3 years.....

Date 01-04-2011..but it is not fixed.

you cannot believe any speculated date until it really comes out someday...or we may need another anna hazare fast to get it workin...

DEAR SIR,

THE BILL WILL BE PASSED SOON AND WILL COME INTO EFFECT FROM MIDDLE OF 2012, DEFINITEY AMIDST OPPOSITION FROM OPPOSITE RULING PARTY.  MINIMUM 15 STATES HAVE TO SUPPORT TO IMPLEMENT GST.

It may be come w.e.f. 01-04-2011 if date willn't postponed.

Mr Yatender Sharma, Did you mean 01.04.2012? as you have mentioned as 01.04.2011.

According to the Finance Minister, only DTC (Direct Tax code) is implemented from 01.04.2012 and regarding GST, it may go another one year and it will be01.04.2013.

Thats just by typing mistake i mean to write here 01-04-2012 but it may be postponed for 01-04-2013
