Dear Mr. Dhirajlal Sir.,

Please clarify the petty cash limt.

Rs. 5000/- per day From Petty cash or Rs. 5000/- per day to Single person sir....?

Aggregate of Rs. 5,000/- expenses per DAY (single or multiple voucher, totally), exempted from RCM. (I.e.  about 1.50 lakhs PM  !!!)

@ gurumurthy: Once you are registered, you can amend/add other details of your profile afterwards.......

Thank you Sir..,

Thanks a lot...

Welcome....... Dear

company pay employee's guest house rent rs.9000/- then gst is applicable or not

Sir,

if amount exeeds rs 5000 then what rate % will apply.

can we get input for rcm paid also ?

I am a trader paying freight for goods inward supply.

what % for rcm ? can we get input ?

The rates are applicable as per the supply criteria, e.g. for rental of commercial office/shop at 18%. When supplier is not registered, then the RD receiver has to pay the same under RCM.  Yes, ITC over the GST paid under RCM (self invoice raised) is available very next month.

ITC for GST paid over GTA under RCM is also available, to service receiver.

@ Jayesh: there is hair-thin differentiation over guest house and residential accomodation provided to an employee.

Generally, it will be treated as taxable.

company pay Rent of Residential house for company employee in this case gst is applicable
