Should GST TDS be deducted on the Provisions made in the books as on 31st March?

No!! TDS is deducted by the government departments while making the payment on supply of good or service or both.

PSUs have also been notified to deduct GST-TDS. Are they required to deduct GST TDS on the Provisions made in the books as on 31st March?

What to you mean by provision made of books

We have to make provison for expenses and create liability towards payments to supplier. Are we supposed to deduct GST TDS on this provisonal liability?
