Hi experts

Please guide me

A Hospital run and mamage by Trust and Trust have take GSTIN no, what gst rate applicable on hospital bill.

1 Hospital impanel with some insurance company 

if income exmpted in  gst then gst return will be nil or with exmpted income.

Gst Return file will be total income in Exampt colum or nil Return.
