Hi Friends, have a query of unique nature :
Would like to run from 1 premises under my Pvt Ltd Company the following business :
- Cafe serving food items like snacks, coffee, milk shakes, etc.
- Retail sale of packaged dairy products like cheese, paneer, butter, milk, and other retail products etc.
How do I structure the business to avoid complications in GST (Company is already GST registered for Retail Dairy Products Sales)
