From where you are getting money to them only you have to raise the invoice....
You must be selling .goods on behalf of these E-COMMERCE operator.
You need to raise bill to Customer/Dealer, can be b2b or B2c.
Report it under Table 4 (B2b) & in table 7(B2c)

TCS applicable for above e.commorce sales what is limit, if TCS deducted can I claim such amount as cash ledger adjust with credit ledger?
