I like to know is it compulsory to file GSTR-4 even if my annual turnover is less than 10 lakhs

Yes, it is compulsory to file GSTR-4 (Annual) even if your turnover is very low. Every taxpayer who has opted for the composition scheme under the GST regime must file GSTR-4.
