can i revoke my gst when i voluntary cansel of gst.

No, you can not revoke you GST number, if you voluntarily cancelled your GST number.
Revocation process is only for the cancellation of GST registration by the proper officer on suo motto basis, not for voluntarily.

Yes, You can take new registration. (A fresh)
and new GST number will be provided to you, not old one.
and new GST number will be provided to you, not old one.
You cannot apply for revocation of cancellation where gstin was surrendered Suo moto.
It is only when the officer cancel your GSTIN.
You may apply for new Gst registration.
