GST Return Offline Tool for Window 7 32 Bit

Friends, My question is from where I can download the GST Return Offline  Tool for Window 7 32 bit  ??? Because from GST protal, The download GST Offline Tool ZIP file is supported only to Window 7 64 Bit. When I try to install this zip file in my PC, there was a error to be shown that "Internal Error : Cannot expand "pf64" constant on this version of window." So please help me how can i use GST offline tool in Window 7 32 Bit. Thanks
