Govt has not yet announced any such penalty for non filing of GSTR 3B, but it is expected that the defaulters would not be allowed to file GSTR 1, 2 and 3 from Oct onwards if all the returns of the previous are not filed. And non filing of returns will attratct a penalty of Rs.100 per day.

But how to submit and file GSTR 3B when the option to E-sign is diabled ?
