There is a problem in filing of GST Return in case of person whose GST Registration had been cancelled and revocation application period has expired.The registered person is able to file GST Return only upto the date of cancellation. What is the procedure to get the GST registration activated for return filing ? Kindly suggest.

You have go to department physical for revocation of GST Registration.
Prepare a application to your nearest GST jurisdiction officer
To eloborate the followings-
1.The proper officer issued notice.
2.U have filled an application for

4.The proper officer suspended ur
Registration.
5.U have received any correspondence
from the proper officer.

I have practical faced such kind of situation, I also approached the department but they said to file an appeal online. after filing appeal you approach them for hearing, then they will issue hearing notice mentioning the required information, appear the hearing..... this is the process
A taxable person whose GST registration is cancelled or surrendered has to file a return in the form GSTR-10. This return is called a final return.
