Gstr4 is for composition delar , Revised date for Filing GSTR4 is 24/12/2017 . GSTR4 offline tool is avaliable on GSTN portal with info.
why there is no online preparation for gstr4
you can also file online . But its better to file offline then check it and then upload at GSTN portal .
