sir mera question yah ki sir seller ne
good ko sales kya purchasers ko aur purchaser ne apni return time pe bari hai but sellers ne time pe return nhi bari toh sir Gst notice purchaser ke paas kyun aaye hai aur seller ke pass Kyun nhi aaya hai ???
please sir help for this question each and everything.

According to my knowledge seller ne gstr1 m jo invoice show ni kiya uska itc purchaser ne li isiliye...
Because of Rule 36(4) and also section 16(2)(c)
As per section 16(2) rule 36 (4) ka violation ho raha hai
