GST RELATED
If a priniting press proprietor whose annual income doesn't cross 20 lakhs has undertaken a govt department printing work... Now after work done for payment dept asking for GST bill in order to get payment released.. As his firm is GST unregistered what can be done in this regards..

Sir Rs17000/-- ...they are saying ki without GST bill payment can't be made...
Explain them ....sae them that i am not required to register under gst.
