Good Evening All,
I am getting the following error again and again while registering for Mumbai Branch. I have been using DSC on my system and I do not face any problem otherwise while using the DSC. What does the port numbers mentioned in this picture mean? I make it a point to iniate the esigner as well.
I have tried re-starting the system, closing all other windows as well.
Please suggest. Thank You.

Kindly try from another Desktop/laptop, having Internet Explorer Version 10 + Download emSigner application from gst.gov. in + Download Java JRE SE 1.6.0 version
Above are the basic technical needs for a computer to work correctly for gst india's government website.
DSC is giving lot of issues including port's. It means the computer is connected via another port and is not giving full control to access the DSC/USB. Also check the date of DSC's expiry.

You have to first install emsigner application software from below link
https://www.gst.gov.in/system/
After installation of emsigner and updating the java with latest version, you will be able to register for GST Enrollment.
