Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to obtain GST registration when the business property is owned by deceased parents. The son needs to provide legal documents such as the registry copy and electricity bill, along with the parents' death certificates and Aadhaar cards. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming his succession to the property is also required.

Provide legal documents like registry copy , electricity bill along with death certificate, aadhar of deceased and son and affidavit on stamp paper mentioning that you are successor of such property.
Thanks Mam ..I will do the needful..🙏..
