What documents will we provide in taking the GST Registration where the ownership of the place is in the parents name...but the parents died than & electricity bill is on parents name ..than how son will take the GST Registration for business..what documents will the GST Department require in the ownership proof in the case of parents died..
Provide legal documents like registry copy , electricity bill along with death certificate, aadhar of deceased and son and affidavit on stamp paper mentioning that you are successor of such property.
