To apply for GST registration in your name using your government quarters address, you'll need to provide the following: Documents

: 1. *NOC from your mother*: Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your mother, allowing you to use the government quarters address for GST registration.

2. *Proof of address*: Submit a copy of the allotment letter or any other document that proves your mother is the allottee of the government quarters.

 3. *Your identity and address proof*: Provide your identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) and address proof (e.g., utility bills, bank statements).

4. *Business details*: Furnish details about your e-commerce business, such as the business name, type, and constitution. GST Registration Process:

 1. *Visit the GST portal*: Go to the GST portal (https://www.gst.gov.in/) and click on "Register Now."

2. *Fill the registration form*: Enter your business details, promoter/partner information, and authorized signatory details.

 3. *Upload documents*: Upload the required documents, including the NOC from your mother.

4. *Verify your email and mobile number*: Verify your email address and mobile number through the OTP sent by the GST portal.

 5. *Submit the application*: Submit your GST registration application. Important Considerations:

1. *Government quarters rules*: Ensure that using the government quarters address for GST registration does not violate any rules or regulations related to government quarters.

 2. *Business operations*: Be prepared to provide documentation and evidence of your business operations, as GST authorities may verify this during the registration process or later.

does your mother have the necessary authorization to give you a NOC. the government quarters are owned by the government and only given to the employees for the purpose of residential use.

No. Your mother may be an employee and she is allotted the residence as part of her employment. NOC is should be given only by the property owner. Here the government agency is the owner of the residential property hence you should get the NOC from the Government only.

Instead of doing all this things... pls taken 1 room on rent with minimum amount and make rent agreement in your name. This will act as proof of documentation for getting GST number.
and also you can put your company name along with GST number on a small banner outside the room.
