GST Registration for the corporate entity under CIRP
One of the company is in CIRP since 29 th March 2020 and after that there is no turnover in it. Whether the IRP is required to get New GST registration for it? Company has not filed earlier GST returns before commencement of CIRP. Whether IRP is required to get new GST registration even if no turnover in the company which is in CIRP?
