GST registration
Party is having Turnover less than 40 Lakh so as per GST No registration is need in this case if i wanna purchase good from out state than GST registration should be taken or we can Run business without registration by doing interstate purchase.

No need for Gst Registration
Purchases from other state is not restricted in GST. Only sales to other state is restricted
