yes once you obtain gst registration you have to charge gst from ur customers even if you do not charge, the invoice you issued will be considered as inclusive of gst.
if you issue an invoice without mentioning gst on it or we can say you hold an intention to collect the amount from customers the amount would be considered as inclusive of gst. And you better know government is not leaving the tax wrongly collected also they want that to be deposited properly so this is toh case of genuine collection.......
