One assessee did not applied for GST registration even the turnover was exceeding the said limit of turnover for registration in last year and now in his ITR the details are required to be feed that is the gstin and turnover..... So what I can do for this???

If there is no GST registration then you can't fill gstin.
What is the nature of business of assesseee?

Naturopathy , yoga , spa , bt turnover cross 20 lakh than assessing officer open case why registration not taken

Any way you can take gst registration as per the assessing officer scrutiny.
