AB is a partnership firm came into existence 3months back it is a production house/advertising/ marketing/events/consultants/digital media.It scope of activities are production of TV & radio commercials, creating brand awareness, creation & maintenance of websites & providing digital advertising solutions, conceptualizing & executing events, creation of TV ads, creation of jingles, background scores, sound designing , creation of customized t shirts , mugs,pen , etc, designing of cards , brochures, calender, photography
Now my query are
1.GST registration required? its turnover is below d threshold limit
2.If GST registration is required than will be covered under E commerce business? if not than under what head of business AB will b covered
3.AB is dealing in various kinds of
business activities or say services will just a single GST registration be enough or they have to get separate registration for each of their services
