Will GST registration is compulsory if merchant turnover does not exceed 20 lakhs annually besides he buys goods from other state?
Also, transport owners forcing the merchants to register under GST if they want to avail their services.
What will be the solution for whole problem?
No need to get register in GST if your turnover is below 20 lakh & you are only purchase from outside State.
Ask transportes that you are not eligible for GST registration then why u get registered.
