An Individual has Rental Income over Rs. 20Lacs from Commercial Premises in Haryana. He was registered under Service tax in Mumbai. He has flower business in Mumbai, which is exempt. As Turnover (Rental Income) is more than Rs. 20 Lacs he has to get registration for flower business in Mumbai even though the flower is exempt / Nil Rate / Not to Taxable. Whether he is required to take two Registration or he can charge IGST from Mumbai for Rental Income in Haryana. He understand that as the immovable property is situated in Haryana and place of supply is Haryana, he is required to take Registration in Haryana also. Please Advice.

Yes as the place of business is harayna so the asseessee has to register in haryana under Gst but the flower business is in Mumbai and the turnover is below the taxable limit so it is not required for assessee to register himself in Mumbai for flower business.

hi, i m selling products on ebay, kraftly, online on these e-commerce website at new delhi. They ask me for GSTIN. Can you help me, from where i get registered for GSTTIN. Can i get new registration from myself online. please tell me the website from where i get registered for GSTTIN. Secondly i m selling online from my home.

Please note If the turnover any where exceeds Rs. 20 Lacs in India, registration is required in Mumbai whether Flower business is exempt or not. please also state why registration in Haryana is required.
