is statues of god poshaks covered under gst?is there any liability to get register and pay tax

clearly explain the nature of commodity being manufactured by you
poshaks and murti of god sold by me as trader
poshak comes under readymade clotges and murti is sculpture
murti is in chapter 97 12% tax
poshak per piece upto 1000 -5%
poshak per piece upto 1000 -5%
if your turn over exceed the limit of rs 20 lakh then you need to be registered under gst ....
but you have option to opt GST composition scheme
wait till exemption list comes out. chances are rare but maybe due to religious nature of your business your goods might come under exemption list. but as i said chances are rare so be ready to impliment gst if your turnover exceeds rs 2000000.
As per the suggestions provided its is covered in heading 9703 @ 12 %?
But as we see the proviso "
This Chapter does not cover:
3.HSN Heading 9703 00 00 does not apply to mass-produced reproductions or works of conventional craftsmanship of a commercial character, even if these articles are designed or created by artists."
Does it mean that statue mfg not covered in 9703.?
9703 is for original sculpture...it should be the original creation of artist not a copied one
