I filed rfd-01 for excess cash balance but this application rejected by department reason is non filing of gstr-1. then pmt-03 issued by department and rejected amount recredit to my cash account
I filed my gstr-1 and then I filed fresh application against same challan and same period. I reached the department for taking refund but they said that this new application will also be rejected because we have already rejected your old application. they said you have to go on appeal.
is it correct that we can not claim the refund on the ground on which once application rejected. although i have filed my gstr-1 and then I filed a fresh application.
please suggest.

A person unhappy with the order passed by an adjudicating can appeal within 3 months (extendable up to 1 month) from the date of the order in FORM GST APL-01.
Today I received a message for notice for clarification/documents rfd-08 but when I am going through my login there is no notice attached ...only showing show cause notice issued but there is no pdf there... totally blank...now what I do from where I can get the notice and accordingly reply
