Did anyone receive GST Refund on unutilised ITC. Its been one month after submission of our documents, we have not yet received.
What has to be done for the refund.

As per me with my clients...
No one can received the Refund as "Unused ITC".
Wait on further availability...

The department people told it takes one week for the refund. But, its already a month. So, what is the maximum time for refund. Am, I supposed to meet the department people once again bcoz they are telling that it is online process for refund.

Yes... You are correct. As per GST act it says some of the process and the time Periods.
But, In current scenario it's not available exact periods. Bcoz., We have a fake system / Portal / Website. It's only my experience...
So, Wait on further availability. Also you can contact your local officer...
Once the refund application is accepted my GST department, within 60 days the entire process has to be closed.
It doesn't matter whether the process is online or manual.
