Please share with me refund procedure on export services of accumulated ITC
Secondly we have credit on local purchase and RCM, for this accumlated ITC will get Refund.

On rcm you won't be able claim refund , yes the refund for ITC accumulated on export service can file online on portal by filing REFD 01A
