Gst refund offline utility error

getting "error encountered while uploading the file" on uploading json of Statement 3 for REFD 01

Anyone having solution for this, reply me...

Subhash Ji can you guide what EGM Number you fill because EGM Number comes in Alpha + Numaric and some this its may be more than 7 digit and some time less than 7 dighit and many cases alpha comes between the number

HAS ANYONE GOT THE SOLUTION? I DONT HAVE MY EGM REFERENCE NUMBER. HOW DO I FILL IT?

The issue has been fixed after site maintainence on 2nd june, 2018. Downloaded the Latest utility and try again.

However, if you enter details for the month of March, 2018, the error of "Future date not allowed in EGM" still persists.

I Have dowloaded the offline utility but the excel is in read only mode and cannot edit or work. How to unprotect the sheet.?
