We filed GST Refund Application of Cash Ledger Balance.
But, Notice has been Issued "Final Return" Not filed after Cancellation of GST Registration by Tax Payer & has been Rejected.
"Since, you have not filed the final return i.e., GSTR-10 within the prescribed time limit, Refund is liable to be rejected"
Query:
If we file now Final Return, we can apply & get the GST Refund of Cash Ledger Balance.

No time limit for refund from cash ledger. But you can file Final Return and you again file Application of Refund. I think.
