Hello did you received the refund amount even im facing the same issue rfd 05 and rfd 06 have been issued to me also my bank account status is validated as per pfms records.......have you received the said amount ??

For 1. Intimate online under "Services > Refund > Intimation on account of Refund not received" tab after GST login. May be able to get the refund within 24 hours.

For 2. If the transaction is a merchant export transaction and satisfies conditions therein GST can be charged at 0.1% GST. Refer notification 40/2017_Central Tax rates.

Also, if sold to SEZ, then it is still considered as an zero-rated supply and export benefits available.
